Mid-year changes are only allowed within 60 days of one of the following events:
- Special Enrollment Event
- Marriage
- Birth of a new dependent
- Adoption (placed in the home for adoption)
- New employment
- Death
- Continuation of group coverage by an individual
- Loss of other coverage (Group Plans only)
Medical, dental and vision plan changes are allowed during re-enrollment beginning in the fall until December 31st. Your new plan(s) will be effective the following January 1.
Mid-year changes are only allowed under the circumstances listed above. Changes may not be made without a qualifying event or during the re-enrollment period.
