What happens after I have uploaded my signed application?

Once you have successfully uploaded your signed application, the status of your application will be updated to "Uploaded: Pending Review" in your MyGuideStone account, and you will not be able to submit additional documentation (see below for example).

Please allow 5–7 business days for GuideStone to review and complete your request. We will keep you updated on the status of your application via email and will contact you if additional documentation is needed.

A copy of your uploaded document(s) will also be available to view in your “My Messages” inbox shortly after you finish uploading your document(s).

Once we have completed your withdrawal or loan request, your transaction will disappear from the “Document Uploader” section in your MyGuideStone account, and you will receive your funds within 1–2 business days (assuming you selected the direct deposit option). If you chose to have your loan or withdrawal amount sent as a paper check, it will be mailed to your address on file.

If you completed your withdrawal online or submitted your application through the Document Uploader, you can track the status of the withdrawal on your MyGuideStone home page through the Status Tracker (see below for example).
