Are you locked out of your account?
After a certain number of unsuccessful login attempts, we will lock your account for your protection. To unlock your account, please reset your passphrase. Please keep in mind that your account will be locked until you reset your passphrase.
Did you fail the one-time passcode authentication (OTP)?
That is okay. We may have outdated information on file that needs correcting. Please call us at 1-888-984-8433 so that we can update your information and help you log in to your account.
Did you forget your User ID?
If you already have a MyGuideStone® login but cannot remember you User ID, you can securely retrieve your User ID online after passing a couple of verification steps. Click here for instructions for retrieving your User ID.
Have you set up a MyGuideStone® account before?
If not, click here for instructions on how to create an account. Even if you are already enrolled in our retirement or insurance plans, you must create a MyGuideStone® User ID and Passphrase to access your information online.
