Once you have submitted the online withdrawal request through your MyGuideStone account or GuideStone has received your completed withdrawal application, the processing time for the withdrawal is typically 5–7 business days. Incomplete applications may cause a delay in the processing time.
If you completed your withdrawal online or submitted your application through the Document Uploader, you can track the status of the withdrawal on your MyGuideStone home page through the Status Tracker.
We can release the distribution by check in the mail or by direct deposit. If you request to receive your distribution by direct deposit, please note that some banks will post the distribution immediately; but some banks may take up to 48 business hours to post to their customers' accounts.
