GuideStone will mail 1099R forms by the end of January to participants who have taken a distribution from their account in the previous year. If you have not received your 1099R in the mail by this time, you can also access the form online through your MyGuideStone® account and in the MyGuideStone app once they are available. They will be located under the "Statements and Tax Forms" tab. It is important to keep your mailing address current under the My Profile tab in your MyGuideStone account. Click here to find out when you will receive your tax form and when it is available for download. 

Note: GuideStone will only issue a 1099R if you took a distribution from your account in the previous year. If you did not take a distribution from your retirement account in the previous year, a tax form will not be issued to you and will not be available online.
