Mission:Dignity payments do not pass along to the recipients’ children, and you cannot designate a recipient for your Mission:Dignity gift.  

However, upon the passing of a recipient, the surviving spouse will continue to receive the grant for one year. An application will be sent to the surviving spouse, and the grant will continue if guidelines are met.
