PPO and EPO Plans: $0 co-pay

High-Deductible Health Plans (HDHP): Normally, it’s a $55 consultation fee before meeting deductible; a $0 consultation fee after meeting the deductible. GuideStone is offering no-cost Teladoc visits for members in all of our U.S.-based Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. This includes HSA-qualified High Deductible Health Plans. This change is in place from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024.
