No, if a member makes a secondary call within 24 hours of the first call for the same condition they will be charged a co-pay. 

Note: Calls made to Teladoc are system logged daily at midnight. Example: Member calls Teladoc at 8 am - it won't be recorded until midnight. Member makes the second call at 8 am the next day for the same condition - the system will not recognize that it has been 24 hours since the last call.
